TOS

✦Image references, IRL Photos, and DETAILED descriptions are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
✦Preferably no deadlines, unless the project has a reasonable concept.
Payment will be issued after the Mock-up is confirmed to move into completion in USD with PayPal or CashApp either using Friends and family to pay the fee forward or adding on the necessary amount to pay the goods and service fee.
✦Payment for HIGHER PRICED PIECES ($80+) will be paid half at Mock-up and the rest at Completion.
✦ Commissioners will receive an initial mock-up of the requested commission followed by a half-payment.
✦ After approving the mock-up, I will not accept any refunds.
✦I do not approve of my content being used for Licensed Commercial use, I.e. print, merchandise, etc.
✦If you intend to have my content displayed anywhere for your promotion, i.e. streaming, Vtubing, and the like, credit should be listed anywhere in your bio/stream.
✦If you ask for it you will receive updates and progress pictures beyond the initial mock-up.
✦I do not approve of my art being used to mint cryptocurrency/NFT or as a model for AI-based learning programs for Art generation.
✦I will under no circumstances create any morally reprehensible content, if you are to request any kind of content I will let you know if it makes me uncomfortable or if I will simply not be the one you should be working with.I have the right to deny my service to anyone if I wish not to comply with the request.Any further questions about TOS, contact me via

My name is Nico, and I use Kip as a common nickname on media platforms and amongst friends.I'm 20, Transmasculine and Bisexual. I've been working as an exclusively freelance artist since 2019.I try to work towards curating an audience that appreciates the emotions and passion I attempt to communicate through my work and my creations.I am against morally reprehensible content in media including; AI usage against fellow creators, Proship content, and creations dictated by hate and toxic/harmful mentalities.
